You have to enable the trackpad glass sticker in order to use it, through gestures or software. The one I have has only a calculator but the numbers can be used as shortcuts, there is suppose to be a link where you download the software and configure it. It works great after you configure it, I use to it launch youtube, boot camp, browser..etc..
