Let's go half and half. Pay off half the loan now, then build the house with what you've got left over. 30k should be enough to get you guys a decent setup. Also I'd keep the massy and the loader truck. Could come in handy one day. Plus it's another skid steer which means more job possibilities and you did want to get another one.
