Austin is just pure skill man. Everyone is so much bigger than him and he's holding his own. They're blocking his path when he drives in too. Everyone lucky he isn't 6'5" lol. Good stuff Austin

@iswear46192 жыл бұрын
although im not a D1 athlete I try to model my game after you. The ability to quickly release and shoot from awkward positions, and use jabs to keep the defender guessing. What's underrated is your ability to use the threat of your shot to get open driving lanes and the pace you play with, you're never sped up. Your game is simple and to the point, i like that a lot

That’s like saying no drives or dribbling for shorter players because it’s easier for them to be quicker 🤷🏽♂️ Use what you got, and this dude is hacking bigger players 5 times every play and got called 10% of the time.

Idc id you’re super athletic and quick and all that , take a page out of Austin’s book and emulate his mechanics and body positioning and footwork and angles he takes on defense against bigger guys he’s smart and fundamentally sound and I think most coaches would pick up Austin before they pick up the other guys just from a skill standpoint alone

I never understood the concept of making 2 pointers 1’s and 3 pointers 2’s. Absolutely makes no sense and gives somebody who can shoot 3’s so much of a bigger advantage. Why not just count by 2’s and 3’s and make the game to 15? It’s so illogical it displays the IQ of the standard ball player
