My eyes nearly popped out when I saw these. I've lived in Australia all the time since the change-over from 14/2/1966 and I swear I don't think I've seen 99% of these. It just goes to show you what you miss out on when you use plastic, or shop on-line.

From my experience, most people do not look at their coins as they are not interested in them.

That is up to you. I sell errors that I find as I can not keep every coin. It also funds my collecting

my jaw dropped when you said the letter ones (the jackaroo and jillaroo) only had 400k mintages as i have one which is in uncirculated condition

1984 is not rare, extremely common with a high mintage.
