Sorry I could not screenshot, but I have copied off of the Dental Board of Aus website Dentists General Registration There are several pathways to General Registration for dentists with overseas qualifications: Dentists who are registered to practise in New Zealand under Trans-Tasman mutual recognition Dentists with recognised dentistry qualifications from the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland or New Zealand Dentists with recognised dentistry qualifications from Canada and compliant with the ‘additional requirements’ Dentists with other qualifications: a.complete an Australian approved program of study; or b.complete the examination process conducted by the Australian Dental Council (ADC). 1. Dentists who are registered to practise in New Zealand under Trans-Tasman mutual recognition Dentists who are registered to practise in New Zealand are eligible to apply for General Registration under Trans-Tasman mutual recognition. In USA first you have to clear inbde exam but that does not guarantee placement in a university for DDS. And you can not practice only after clearing inbde exam in the USA. Thank you for this update video. Please I've been researching about the process on how to work as a Dentist in Australia. I'm a licensed dentist from South East Asia and been working already as a Dentist for 5 years. I can see that you are knowledgeable about the process as you already cleared the exams, thanks you for sharing us your experience. My questions are: 1. How can I go through uploading documents for my initial assessment? I just created my ADC portal account yesterday but didn't upload any documents yet. 2. Do I have to let certified or notarized all the documents first from a notary office before I upload the documents? 3. How will I upload the notarized or certified documents? Should I take a photos to all of them then upload? 4.) How will I pay them? Because I've been seeing videos that we can only pay initial assessment through credit card or debit card. In my case, I don't have debit card and credit card. Can I pay it through international bank Atm? Please guide us. Thank you in advance for your response. God bless

If you don't have any one from dental or medical background in your family then don't. If you are passionate about it then go for it. I belong to a middle class family and very stressed after 3 yrs of experience. So please think a lot in India it's very difficult

Why do we need a mini clinic at home for practicing for the practical exam? Won't all the materials will be provided at the coaching institute?

Hey! You pay the coaching institutes for the knowledge they share, the mentorship they provide,and equipments they give to practice on. But to practice at home you need compressor, manniqin, jaws, teeth, instruments, airotor micromotor unit, all of this you have to buy from your own pocket. Coaching alone is not enough, you have to go back and practice on your own to master the technical tasks.
