Hi Dean & Adam, My partner George & I have been following you for a long time and love your adventures. They are always fun, informative and natural, so normal and relatable. We love the unique places you discover and all advice, hacks, tips and tricks….even the fails which we all have! We also appreciate the inclusion of family, kids, elderly, impaired…..which lead us to ask. Have you experienced any negativity or issues being a gay couple and have you found anything to share with the queer community, as there seems to be an absence of being same sex or romance. Or is your strategy, not to bring attention to yourselves. Not a complaint, please don’t change. We love how open and respectful you are. Travelling along with you is like watching ourselves, and as we embark on a three month van life trip you are both our road map. Thank you for everything you do and share, we appreciate every second and get excited when a new episode is about to air, makes us proud and educates others that Love Is Love. Hey guys, thank you so much for watching our channel week in and out .We really appreciate it. And absolutely no offence taken by asking these questions. Yes we have had some negative feedback in the past, but it comes with the territory. You need a thick skin to have a KZbin channel. Trust me.. But when it comes to travelling on the road, Adam and I have never had any bad experiences with being a gay couple . The way we are on the channel is the way we are in life. We never been overly affectionate in public, but that’s who we are, We have no problems with anyone else being affectionate in public. When it comes to our sleeping arrangements in our van, we just find it so much easier not to have to set up a bed every night and pack it up in the morning. When we camp it’s all about convenience and been able to get back on the road sooner. We have such an amazing audience, majority of them are straight couples and we definitely don’t mind. we just love inspiring people to get out there and see our beautiful country support small businesses and eat in every bakery we see lol . If you look back at our episodes over last almost 4 years, you’ll see that we haven’t ever changed besides our editing maybe getting a bit better. We are gay and proud and we definitely don’t have anything to hide. This is who we are and so glad you enjoy our adventures. Hope this answers all your questions and hope you keep watching. Wow, How could I have forgotten this? At least I can watch now , but apologies to you guys and Rob and Laura for missing the live Q and A! Such a fascinating episode. Thanks so much for such honest and comprehensive questions. Seems like you are going through that overwhelming feeling, when you return from a long stint of travel, back to mundane life stuck in one place and the jobs we do to make a good living. I know I have grieved deeply when I have returned from extended travel stints, as I so miss the variation, simplicity as well as the unpredictable challenges. The one question that was not asked was what will Laura and Rib be going away for shorter camps in, as I am certain they will still relish time on the road exploring new places!

It wasn't too bad and you do get faster. My tip would be to have a routine and not get distracted. People always seem to want to chat when you're hitching up. And if we only planned a one night stop we tried to find drive through spots or places we could stay hooked up to save time in the morning.

But I’m sure if you do Google search there are other places you can look on also if you’re in Victoria there’s a few secondhand places down Sydney Road you could look into.
