5:13 Why didn't Mahina Paul run Grassineau down here ? She clearly has the pace but gives up after Grassineau changes her line. She should have tracked her. She definitely would have got her. It's poor dedication like this, that loses big games.

Many of the Black Ferns newcomers need to learn that in knockout games you need to be prepared to burst a boiler to try and prevent this type of try. Nether of the Levi sisters would not have given up and have often foiled such try. Jorja Miller is one who has experienced being on the end of a Levi sister stopping a try. Likewise in a game against Australia in which you have made a breakthrough, you need to go all out to avoid the risk of being chased down. You can always be subbed off if it totally exhausts you. Perhaps all Black Ferns newcomers should as a rite of passage be sent to Waiouru in the middle of winter and toughened up by the army like Ruby Tui describes in her memoirs.
