Hi Teja, DIBP assumes that documents are already verified, so no verification after ACS, just need to pass the medical exam

Hi Kiran, English Exam (Ielts/PTE) is not required for spouse visa 309 & 820, these are 2 year provisional visas, English Exam is not required But after 2 years functional english proof is required tot get 100 or 801 visa, During 2 years provisional visa, your spouse is eligible for 500 hours of English language classes through the Adult Migration English Program (AMEP)

Hi Sir, thanks for making this video, one question i want to ask, I worked in TCS and i have everything execpt relieving letter, because i didnt finish my notice period, but i have a letter from TCS of 1 year anniv where it is written that i worked 1 year in TCS, and i have everything like all payslip, offer letter and all. so what you think, becasue my agent told me that its not a problem if you have these things. and my EPFO also exit properly for TCS.

Hi Brother Just need information that if we are not claiming the point for English language proficiency still it is mandatory to have IELTS or PTE for spouse or Bachelor Degree is suficient. Please support to clear the doubt.

How they conduct my verification. Do I mention my experience in LinkedIn and Other social media platforms, Do they call my Father and other family members and how much time 491 visa will take occupation code 149913 facilities manager.
