Tristan Ocker's Mincer Capri is legendary in the Australian Street Machine scene. The car runs high 6s down the quarter but still gets driven to the pub occasionally. It's may not be everyone's idea of a street car but it's a beast and it puts smiles on faces wherever it goes.

If a "street car" is something that has to comply with every rule written by that state's rego authorities, then i have some bad news as few, if any, cars on the road today are actually 100% legal. So, what is the criteria for calling something a "street car"? To me, a car someone takes out on the road for fun, regularly (and more than just around the block). Old mate has driven MINCER to the pub and around his local area before, so how does that not make it a street car?
