Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble and Captain Caveman were voiced here by Rich Little.

Given that the show is from Australia and the characters do not sound like Keith Scott, especially when Cavey yells, "Captain CAAAAAVEMAAAAAAANNNN!" at 2:36, it is safe to say that the show used a US-recorded track.
