You applied for the college that’s one of the reason your file got rejected… You can lodge file again with good university but chances will be lower to get visa now

As I said you’ll have to change your profile little bit before you apply again. Otherwise chances are very high that you’ll get refusal again. Try for different country of Finish your bachelors and than apply again. Because you have enough time to come to Australia in future. Good luck with your future. 🙏🏼

Once you study bachelors your profile will change or if you are desperate to go outside India Apply for New zealand or other European countries..

I heard from agent that if you get one time visa refusal then you can't apply for 5 year in Australia.....is that true??

Its not compulsory… But the problem is once you get Refusal chances are very high that you’ll get refusal again… So it’s recommended that you apply agin after few years- change your profile little bit….
