1. Make sure check immi account by yourself sometimes agent hide refusal if paid high amount 2. You should start considering withdrawal option as well , seems like file stuck in system 3. Again make sure check login by yourself, i seen many cases where people waiting results and agent did not told about refusal which came 3-4 months back
