I have lived nearly 40 years in England and I went to Pakistan only once about 27 years ago but I always regret leaving Pakistan. People don’t realise this at young age , it looks very charming living in the western countries but at old age when kids are grown up , you will realise it was a serious mistake leaving Pakistan. There’s discrimination in every field in western world, I as immigrant can accept it but the kids who are born here, it’s hard for them to take it. Better to opt for technical field like IT etc. Marketing might not give him Immigration. Probably he can do Master in Marketing later if he is passionate about it.

I have not faced any yet. However good and bad people exist everywhere. Well life of female students is same as of male except fewer job options because of their own choice. For example almost 99% Uber or Ubereats drivers are male, may be because females don't try.
