Did you know that for women who suffer from PCOS or for those who are insulin resistant, pairing good fats like Australian avocados with vegetables can help reduce insulin spikes during meals? Yup, it's true! Plus, avocados are rich in Vitamin B and Potassium, which women with PCOS usually are deficient in. Food is part of my healing journey and for me, I try to incorporate Australian avocados into my weekly food intake to help me feel better from the inside out and it TASTES so good!
Today, I'm going to share my take of an Asian inspired Australian Avocado Poke Bowl! I love my poke bowls and my favorite kind is the one that has a big serving of avocado. So, for this recipe, the avocados are the star of the poke bowl.
