Hello @Cars_Dogs_Cats, It truly is and the river area is beautiful too. In fact, the whole of Kangaroo Valley is scenic with an interesting history, both Indigenous and Settlement. The time here was well spent and has certainly encouraged us to return. Happy reading and safe travels. ABT

Hi Kevin! The Cicadas do remind me too of long, hot Summers. The sound of this lot was extraordinary! Truly deafening and you could hear them at least a kilometre away. The whole area of Kangaroo Valley is just beautiful and the drive in through the mountains was unbelievable. It was extremely green and unbelievably steep. Thank you James, Happy New Year to you also. It is a beautiful drive to get to Kangaroo Valley. The scenery is stunning and the drive itself is easy and relaxing, although extremely steep in places. I enjoyed my time here and we will definitely return. Happy reading and safe travels Cheryl (ABT)

Good Afternoon Jill, This area is superb. The scenery is just something else! The town is quaint and not over crowded or tourist-y. Yes, it was filmed in November when I travelled to the book launch in Newtown. The area was so green and vibrant. A definite need to return here, absolutely. You need to be careful of the Bunyips in this area.
