I 200% agree that in Australia people can't recognise the skills: Example: I participated in 200+ eLearning projects worldwide recognised during last 12 years. But I got rejection from many lower ranked job too When I checked the company web projects progress I find that they had not hired good talent including Many private and public institutions. My understanding is that local have a process of hiring and if u fulfill you will get hired Template of cv ,selection criterea Interview questions n response Body language Mostly ignore skills testing and reading cv out of formate Definitely a good cook can made better food but he can't be a good software engineer, doctor, civil engineer. I have saw this post of one of the Facebook group. If you visited Australia within last 3 months under visit visa category, please do not submit any nomination to NSW RDA. It’s a waste of money. I got a refusal email saying, “Our decision is based on the following: Did not meet the eligibility criteria for the selected pathway. Must be currently residing offshore and have continuously done so for a minimum period of three months.”
