@@ryancrabtree9071 I'm now a qualified carpenter, almost a licensed builder now since then decided I wanted to get into SOER (have a mate was in it and recommended I go for it). Every time I jumped the hurdles the ADF threw at me it still was not good enough so I gave it up...I trained every day, gave up my full-time job and put all my time and effort into trying to enlist but yet somehow a fresh out of school 17/18yo with no life experience would get picked over me. I grew up with and hung around boys from the army and even left them scratching their heads lol. So now it's like you didn't want me then don't come to me later when the numbers are needed, I have my own family to look after now.
