Yes this place has yielded a lot of nice things . Although some days I’ve been out there I really didn’t find much 😂 but that’s detecting glad you enjoyed thanks for the comment 👍🏻

Gday William. Good lot of interesting finds there. The stone does look like an amethyst. The blokes name was Wainwright-Smith and he lost his leg in a ship wreck near Peterborough and as chance had it, the remains of his walnut chest of draws washed ashore, so he had a leg fashioned out of it. That’s if you wanted to know the full history behind the fork. Take care mate 😁👍
