5:19 "N. 195" is the manufacturer code, the N standing for the state of New South Wales and 195 for the factory code. 8:52 "V. 162" the V standing for the state of Victoria. There are codes for all the states, V, Q and N being the most common the rare ones to my knowledge are w and t. These coding methods started around 1942 (to protect industries from being targeted from attack I'd assume) P.S. nice to see the appropriate pre 1960 shoulder titles/flashes and great video in general.
