Australian National Vincent Rally 2022 - Day 1 Ride to Birdwood

The 2020 Australian National Vincent Rally was hosed in South Australia from October 10th to 14th 2022 - yes Covid delayed it for 2 years. We were based in McLaren Vale and from there went out each day for rids of about 150kms. This clip is our first day of riding when the weather was at its best with no rain. We had 37 Vincents of various models ride to Birdwood with 11 "other" bikes, mainly classics. The footage was mainly from my Sony High Definition video camera videoed from the side of the road in most places with me taking short cuts through the hills to jump ahead a few times. Other footage is from our GoPro cameras that were attached to a couple of the bikes and I had the assistance of one of our Vincent ladies who videoed the leaving and some of the arrivals - thanks Chris. Sadly Covid causing the deferring reduced our numbers quite considerably because we originally had 85 Vincents being brought to the rally (and 146 members attending) but in the end we only had 51 Vincents at the rally and 98 members of the various Vincent clubs from around Australia.
