@@y0urlocalcat Melbourne is an exceptional opportunity. Probably the best long term value buy in Australia at the moment. I'm going after Melbourne very firmly at the moment! It's by far my favourite long term location to buy at the moment despite what all the media is saying! Darwin isn't somewhere I'd personally buy, the economy isn't that well diversified and there's not enough consistentcy to make a long term value purchase there!

@@y0urlocalcat certain suburbs of Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay, Stonnington, Yarra and Port Phillip! It's more about getting in the right suburb and then correct street of the suburb. If you're serious about buying here, I'd be more than happy to get you in and on board. I'm in these areas all the time buying Great spots, many locations that have performed at over 9.5% for more than 30 years!

Are there any suburbs in Perth worth buying into? or would you stay clear of Perth completely ?

@@Documentts there’s definitely a few, I wouldn’t say they’re the best long term options, but there’s still a few locations in Perth that have a lot of growth left. If you’re purely investing long term, Melbourne is by far the best option at the moment! For Perth, the best options are predominantly between Mosman Park and Joondalup where all the long term residents, families and jobs are! Thanks for tuning in!
