Afghan residents in the capital Kabul voiced their anger on June 1, 2023, calling for the execution of one of Australia’s most decorated soldiers. Former special forces officer Ben Roberts-Smith lost a defamation case against three publications accusing him of war crimes while deployed in Afghanistan. The courts ruled that reports of him killing unarmed Afghan prisoners and civilians were "substantially true".

As an Australian I say if he is guilty then he should be punished for his crimes, nobody is above the law and justice must be done. Actions have consequences and if you harm innocent civilians then you are no hero, you are a monster. A soldier should have the discipline and will to protect the innocent, do no harm. A man should be honourable, humble, chivalrous and do his duty to protect his country and the innocent people.

If this crime was committed in Australia by an Afghan then , rightly, there will be a demand to extradite the guilty to the jurisdiction that the crime was committed under. So, its only justice to put him on trial in Afghanistan under Afghan laws.

The report by the Australian Defense Force, which was released in November 2020, is commonly referred to as the "Brereton Report", named after Major General Paul Brereton, who led the investigation. The report details a number of incidents in which Australian special forces soldiers allegedly committed war crimes in Afghanistan between 2005 and 2016. One of the most well-known incidents documented in the report is the alleged killing of an Afghan prisoner in 2012 by an Australian soldier known as "Soldier C". The report alleges that Soldier C cut the throat of the prisoner, who was captured on suspicion of being a Taliban sympathizer, while other soldiers watched. The incident was reportedly captured on video, and the soldiers involved are said to have discussed covering up the killing. The Brereton Report also details a number of other incidents in which Australian soldiers allegedly killed unarmed Afghan civilians, including children, as well as incidents in which soldiers allegedly planted weapons on the bodies of victims to make it appear as if they had been killed in action. The report has led to widespread condemnation in Australia and around the world, and has prompted calls for accountability and justice for the victims and their families.

Look at the countries they call USA, Australia, Cannada, etc., they are symbols of barbarity and colonialism. Where indigenous tribes were massacred, annihilated, and discriminated against, what a disgusting and terrifying place, I would never have thought to visit their barbarian country! The Nisour Square massacre was a deadly shooting incident that occurred on September 16, 2007, in the Mansour district of Baghdad, Iraq. Private security contractors working for the US company Blackwater (now known as Academi) opened fire on unarmed Iraqi civilians in Nisour Square, killing 17 people and injuring 20 others. According to reports, the Blackwater contractors were part of a convoy that was escorting US State Department officials through Baghdad. As the convoy approached Nisour Square, the contractors opened fire on Iraqi civilians who were in the area, claiming that they felt threatened by the crowd. However, witnesses and survivors of the incident reported that the contractors fired indiscriminately at unarmed civilians, including women and children, who posed no threat. The incident sparked outrage in Iraq and around the world, and led to increased scrutiny of the use of private security contractors by the US government in war zones. The Iraqi government revoked Blackwater's license to operate in the country, and the US government launched an investigation into the incident. Several of the contractors involved were charged with manslaughter, attempted manslaughter, and weapons violations. In 2014, four Blackwater contractors were found guilty of manslaughter and other charges in connection with the Nisour Square massacre. One of the contractors was sentenced to life in prison, while the others received sentences ranging from 30 years to 15 years. The incident remains one of the most notorious examples of violence committed by private security contractors in Iraq during the Iraq War.

One specific example of a war crime detailed in the Brereton Report involves an incident in which an Australian special forces soldier shot an unarmed Afghan man in the head in his home in 2012. The soldier, who is not named in the report, allegedly entered the man's home during a raid and found him hiding under a bed. The soldier then allegedly shot the man in the head, and later placed a pistol next to his body to make it appear as if he had been killed in self-defense. The incident was reportedly witnessed by other Australian soldiers, who did not report it at the time. The soldier who allegedly committed the killing is said to have later boasted about it to other soldiers, saying that he had "just broken the Geneva Convention".

At the beginning, the ancestors of Australians were heavy criminals and mentally ill individuals who were exiled to Australia in the UK. After slaughtering the indigenous people in Australia and plundering their land, they made a fortune by relying on wool and minerals, and urgently needed to gain recognition of the British culture and identity of the suzerain. So he followed Britain and his big cousin, the United States, to fight everywhere, from World War I and World War II to the Gulf War, the Afghanistan War, and the Iraq War, where the Australian army could be seen working hard and becoming more radical and brutal. Let me tell you a historical fact that the West does not want to mention. In 1945, even though the Japanese army laid down their weapons and surrendered, the Australian army still massacred about 200000 Japanese soldiers. Aussies will pay the price for their crimes and inhumanity sooner or later.
