I know some of the long time V8 fans weren't too happy at CAMS letting Nissan, Mercedes and Volvo join...but I tell you what, I wish they were still in the championship now. Just seems so bloody weird that Holden no longer even exist. Literally just Ford now and possibly Chevrolet to replace Holden, from what people have been guessing.

yeah I think supercars only option is to try turn it back into a full on touring car championship

Such a pity that after 2007 888 racing made Lowndes the no2 driver and the win ratio went from 6 lowndes, 5 whincup to 2 lowndes 15 whincup in 2008
