I'm in Tennessee, but during covid, Australia caught my eye. Their response to it was more Orwellian than what we experienced here in The States. They had camps, cell phone QR code madness, and only allowed people to travel up to 15 kilometers from their home. If the cops found you 16 km from your house, they could arrest you. The Aussie politicians news conferences during that time were stunningly dystopian. Alot of people outside of Australia have heard of Premier Daniel Andrews. He terrorized Victoria if I remember correctly. He went viral for ranting about teenagers caught at the beach, watching the sunset. He reminds me of Justin Trudeau, but if you really want to see a physco, look for a video with Aussie politician, Michael Gunner on antivaxxers, it's insane. I've traveled to 35 countries in my time, and visiting Australia used to be on my bucket list. However, after their response to the virus, I've changed my mind. Their police, and politicians ruined the idea of going there. The Australian people deserve so much better.
