Sushi wise, if you have an Asian supermarket nearby look for abura-age which is the stuff that's used for inari, those little tofu rice pocket things you can get at any sushi spot. They're also great as a proper sushi filling with some avo and cucumber.

I like Pantry frozen Lasagne and Pad Thai but I couldn't find them on recent trip to Woolworths, hopefully it is just temporarily out of stock 😅

It's just re-brand Sheese, if you ever tried that. It's definitely up there as one of the better vegan cheeses on the market, but I find the Coles Nature's Kitchen vegan cheese to have a bit better flavour and overall melt :)
