@value365 The sheep are grown for their meat, not for their wool. The sheep breed is called 'Australian White'. Australian White sheep-for-meat.

@@value365 If you are interested in unusual 'white meat', try crocodile. Texture of steak, but colour of chickenbreast or white fishsteak. (or so I recall from 30 years ago)
