so sorry I have cooked on flames just like my father and his father and the fathers before us.... It's always seemed like the thing to do , you know , cooking? We never had any regrets - had some mighty fine meals. I guess that's the difference between "watching" and "doing".

@@burleism5158 You have totally missed my point, we are talking about roasting meat on open ambers, for other forms of cooking such as on a steel plate or metal utensils you can use any flame or heat intensity that pleases you. Mate what ever works for you stick to it, this was about Chris not about what you do.
