Cobb county is all on its own. ATL folks do not consider Cobb as a part of Atlanta at all. Most hood areas of Cobb are mainly around Marietta, Austell, and Smyrna but most of the crazy shit got cleaned up back in 06.

Nah it's another word for finessing. Jugging basically means doing what u gotta to do bargain or barter in a transaction where you come out ahead. Like you bought a pair of retro Js from somebody for $200 but sold them off to somebody else for $300 (😂). You just made a jugg for $100.
