i swear in my neighbourhood there is legit not a house in sight that is halloween decorated. halloween is almost non existent in Australia. i remember on halloween these kids knocked at my door and i nearly panicked. was raiding my cupboards for any form of candy. yeah halloween is just an awkward day for most australians. mainly me. i might just go trick or treating this year. too bad halloween is during the school week on a wednesday. have lots of homework to do since this semester is pretty busy. this video sums up all my halloween experiences.

I live in Australia and this is true. I went trick or treating with my brother and a man gave us a bottle honey. This obviously says he forgot that it was Halloween. The other time we went trick or treating and a lady said " wait a moment" and then she walked into her house and my brother and I herd printing sound and she came back with paper and it said " happy Halloween " and then we said thank you and walked to the next house then she shouted at her husband but we didn't know what she was saying.

I hate halloween. Every year I have to tape a sign on my door "DO NOT KNOCK - We don't do Halloween". I am in Australia, but I seem to live in a suburb where there are (too many) children (chaperoned by their parents) who think if they play dress ups and knock on my door they might get free sweets. Will never ever happen.
