Please add a point system for skills next time. It's boring to watch 6 dudes just trying to score. Street football needs the skill part to be more entertaining than futsal and football. If it doesn't have it, then it's not that entertaining. Notice how the games with Brazil had much more views. More Sean Garnier, less pragmatism. Regular football is already pragmatic enough. Please don't make these tournaments be football but with a tiny goal.

We hear you, but we came together earlier in 2023 with some of the most influencial people and representatives of the biggest communities in street football to decide on the 3v3 rules. That are obviously evolving as we go, the sport is just starting out. We all have years of experience playing many different formats and rules. And we still experiment with skill points in some countries as well. The question is: do you want a niche sport that is always played by the same 100 players (because that is what you will get if you add skill points imo) or a global sport played by millions? We choose the second option. Ask yourself why 2v2 panna not became a thing? We want players to always 100% go for the ball, not be afraid to get panna'd because that will make the game static and boring. How many pannas did you see these days at the world championships 1v1 panna? In a whole knockout stage starting from round of 16, maybe 1 or 2. It became more difficult and now you don't even need to get the ball back after you panna. Every average technical player can do skills against beginners, that's a lot of what you see online. Only the best players can do it on a higher level against other good players. There will be other ways to promote skills, like in skateboarding for example 'Cash For Tricks'. We experimented in Colombia with prizes for best panna, rabona goal, bicycle kick goal, sombrero etc. Don't you think you will get bored if you see these special skills all the time. Now, because you don't see it that frequently it becomes special. Imagine 6 Ronaldinho's playing against each other doing a sombrero everytime they touch the ball. We go for a combination of skills, tactics and goals. You need skills to score in the small goals to go around the defender. Playing style is also different in each country. Some countries play more futsal, tactical. Others play more skilful. The winning team in the tournament had a combination of both which made them the most complete. The pitches we used at this event were smaller than the ideal 15x18m we defined because of the limitations in space that the location had, normally there is more room to play, which makes it less tactical and more technical.
