Easily the biggest factor is the fact that you can cancel Dawn's Radiance, which is crazy because that's like the main thing that makes Dawn so hard to kill, because it heals them over time while simultaneously producing ht passively.

By the time im seeing this, Tusk already came out, and Act 4 also has the potential to become anti-meta with the "Infinite Rotation" passive that ignores pretty much all the OP stuff like time stop, time erase, and EVEN KEN HAKI.
