Let’s hope the V1 controllers ship soon. This sort of trickle out stuff in no particular order is frustrating. I am a day one preorder that still hasn’t gotten mine.

How do you set the screen brightness without messing with the brightness of the video your taking ? I'm seeing it adjusts both which is very bad.

Hey Alejandro, thanks for this tutorial, I have the SMART CONTROLLER SE for the evo 2 pro V. 3. On top I have a USB A port, then I have an Micro SD Card port which i have installed and formated in the same RC. and then a have an HDM port. Ok. My Cuestion, how can i access the the filles i have storaged in the Micro SD. You know, I can not take it out because my pc will not read it. Wich is the way to extract my 360 imagen stiched on the RC. Thanks for you help.

I justm got an evo 2 640T v2 and Im locked out of the controller. Im set a passcode in case someone stole the rig and the controller wont recognize my passcode. It asks you to put it in 2 times. I know Im trying in the correct number. Looks like I will be returning this drone since Autel has no customer service.

How do I pair both the normal controller and the smart controller? Or is it only one or the other? Sometimes on short flights I like to use the smaller one with my phone. Kind of a grab and go...

Is there a reason why neither the manual nor this video make it clear which of the two USB-C ports in the charger are to be used..?? This is an expensive RC so I don't want to break anything if I use one that's too weak or too strong.

We just received the Autel Smart Controller ver2.0 and it won't connect to the aircraft (Evo Pro 2). We have tried the process numerous times, shutting down and restarting each device and it never connects. Any suggestions? Thanks!

@@brycepatterson5663 yes, Autel doesn't openly state this anywhere that I could find, but the technician told me that there are two versions of the Pro 2 because of the chip shortage. The version 1 is entirely based on the chip available at the time and will only connect to the Version 1 smart controller,, which are getting hard to find. The version 2 smart controllers will only connect to the version 2 Pro 2, with the newer chip, but, again, to tell if you have the Pro 2, version 1 or 2 you have to talk with technical support and they look up the specific model number to tell. I am frankly considerably frustrated that it came with CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ONLY! If you are going to sell it in the US, it needs to have English instructions!!!!!!! For a 1K+ instrument, no English instructions :(

I would love to see if these smart controllers have any real range? Some say they are good for 8.1 miles or 13 kilometres. I am looking for someone to find out what the ACTUAL range on these are in reality. Any chance of you doing a range test? Thanks...............Dale.
