You always make your point that moisturizers are a scam. But what about the studies that show that by using certain moisturizers skin health makers (e.g. collagen) are improved after using it. If moisturizers were a scam wouldnt these studies show no significant difference?

I just turned 50 this year and only closer to 50 I realized that I have spent enormous amount of money on skin care, home devices. I finally getting close to minimalist skin care ( RX tretinoin 0.045%, some Korean night cream with peptides,10%AHA,4% BHA ( of course not at the same time with tretinoin), Korean sunscreen, vitamin C before sunscreen every morning, Tabletop panel Red light therapy) , microneedling done by me at home ( dr. Pen M8 is amazing), AHA Amlactin cream for body. That's it. I was buying like nutter every more or less " new" ingredients and technology, after I discovered real ,registered in the US dermatologists on KZbin I realized how dumb I was. I have no visible wrinkles, but afraid of skin sugging to death .

Can you please do a review of the Calecim products which uses stem cells from the red deer? I have seen so many reviews of how it tights the skin. @@rlittlu3955 Did you use the serum or the cream and what improvement did you notice? I've been recommended to try both their serum and cream, as well as the rescue and recovery products from NeoGenesis and Plated. However, I find them too expensive to use consistently unless one has a lot of disposable income. I'm also skeptical that they can deliver dramatic results, even with the latest advancements in stem cell science.

People eat too much sugar, junk food and smoking, process food and trans fat and a lot of kids are fat and that damage collagen and cause premature aging of the skin, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Skin care doesn't help when collagen is damaged.

This is Auteur's reply to my question about what type of collagen is used in their No.1 Composition serum: Both products feature our Hyaluronic Complex, which is engineered with several different variations and molecular weights: Sodium Hyaluronate (3x molecular weigths) Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate (“mini HA”) - This is the lowest moleulcar weight, measuring 10 kDa

As middle class Indian 18 old, I have to convince for gentle cleanser and SPF, as usual in my home we all use same random face wash and soap. My grandma says SPF as useless expensive cream and even after argument nothing comes in my hands[i have to think and work hard and smart for SPF ]. So I use gram flour when I am not lazy and feel my skin clean, smooth, hydrated compared to face wash or soap. Well, I can convince them for moisture .so does a ceramide moister worth? Hey, I apply ghee [clarified butter] sometimes at night and works well for me. What do you say about home remedies, in India, everyone has own, and also have great skin too. Even many Bollywood actresses, Priyanka chopra, janavi, tamana [though also use SPF]. My maa also have great skin with face wash moister and SPF. AND THANK YOU 😊 still have many questions🙃🙃 And bravo, hands-off to you🙌🙌 for revealing truth against of this big brands.

This analysis was highly entertaining 😂 I have to say though this is the first skincare product in which I noticed Perfluorohexane as one of the top ingredients. I don’t think I have ever seen this ingredient before in skincare which is most likely the reason for the extraordinary high cost but this ingredient has been known to cause moderately high endocrine disruption and organ toxicity, so this luxury skin product has to be a joke, targeting multimillionaires to develop cancers…I certainly would never purchase this product, it’s essentially just water and glycerin with some beneficial ingredients but I would never purchase a skin care product that contains Perfluorohexane….

They inherently provide more oxygen to the cells, correct? This is similar to the effect of the liquid oxygen product, O4, used with the Lyma laser. However, Dr. Abs, doesn’t an increase in oxygen also contribute to oxidative stress in cells, which we typically try to counteract with antioxidants?
