The English name of that leaf is Basil leaf, you can google to confirm this. The way you detox here(having an enema) is the same way we do where I come from. There are a lot of similarities between your culture and ours and this is interesting.

Ah village life! Like the song goes, “these are a few of my favorite things”- Koki corn, mangoes, tree climbing, slow-paced living, fresh air, organic foods…..😭Well, favorite things minus some chores (I like sweeping and cooking tho), and the enema (lol).
