Preparation is ok. No idea about the quality of water used. Whenever you meet such vendors request them to wear gloves, if they can’t afford it at least wear a clean polythene carry bag while mixing and serving.

Countless videos are online where they prepare food with their feet, and under unspeakable extremely dirty conditions... then those street food vendors who use their unwashed hands/arms to stirr and prepare the food. I guess corona and other infections really love india. In 2021 they had 400.000 infections per day, and shouldnt be surprised. PS: In other parts of the world those vendors and businesses would be closed/shut down by law. F-ing un-human you could say, the level of lacking hygene i mean. Disgusting to the max.
