This seems to be an authentic Rajasthani traditional slow cooking process . The chefs ( ladies ) are ever smiling 👍 The Dal Bhatti is cooked in the most laborious yet authentic way . No mechanical device used . Just the traditional way 👌👌💯💯 Time to have candid taste of the Papad and fresh chutney . Glad Tanmay loved it 😋😋 Wow what a fabulous farm .
