It really doesn’t, in Spain sangria is usually made with left over wine, or the cheapest ones. I always make my sangria with those and I can assure you it always comes out delicious, people literally fight over it

Lool indeed it is 🤣 my sangria is a hit at every party! But I choose not to add brandy for this specific reason, to keep it from being too strong. Surprisingly, even with many other drink options available, my guests always reach for my sangria first. Many even ask for the recipe. When I'm invited to other people gatherings, I'm often asked if I can bring along my signature delicious sangria. 😍😍

@@allisonhuerta904 i use 4, 75cl bottles of red wine, he does it with white but I prefer red, doesn’t have to be good wine too, I usually get the cheapest bottles I can find. Authentically in Spain sangria was made with left over or cooking wine so don’t worry about that, it will still come out delicious.

I tried doing some detective work to figure out what white wine he used and I came to the conclusion that it was carlo rossi chablis white wine. Around $20 here. Amazing
