Anne… can you please share with me some of your favorite thrift places in Connecticut? I am primitive at heart. And I would like to find some authentic pieces. You and your friends have such an eye. It’s a joy to be able to enjoy you and your lovely friends.

Hi Cathy, one of my favorites is Village Primitives in Sturbridge. I also love antique malls like Bernat Antiques in Uxbridge, Primitive goods. There are 2 good antique Malls, one In Woodstock CT and one in Putnam CT. Walker Homestead coming up has some great booths in West Brookfield MA. That’s next Saturday. And of course Bumpkins always has cool antiques at great prices. Else for true thrifting it’s just serendipity as I ride by and stop somewhere that intrigues me.
