This is fresh for my husband and I. We just experienced this. So amazing he just sent me this. I've been struggling for 10 days. Crying each day. Questioning my Christianity, like you mentioned!! This was very healing for me. Back story-- We were moving churches due to a new standing in the church, that "women must not speak in any church gathering"... (Sent in an email declaring this) anyway. Started attending another church. Here in Utah there's not many options. In an email from the new church ( we loved their statement of faith) we were given an actual (numbered and everything) list of things we must do to gain membership and have our children enrolled in their Christian school. I should sell or close my business.(women should not work outside the home) We need to homeschool our children for 1 years before we can apply for christian education through their church. Just to name 2. (This was also the view of the church we left, but wasn't the end reason for leaving. We were the only family that wasn't homeschooling in our previous church) This whole podcast was well spoken. And very much needed and was put out when I needed to hear this. Thank you so very much. My words will never express my gratitude for this timely message. And praise my husband for finding it and forward this to me to comfort me.

​@nathanielotto258 this is her husband. Yes, we are in Brigham City and there isn't anything here that is Reformed and Confessional that isn't leagalist. We could commute to one of the many churches in the larger city but we found it is difficult to be truly connected to people we don't live near.

@@markyoung481 Yeah I'm not aware of much up that way. I do know the pastor of Grace Bible Church in Tremonton. He's a great, godly man who is solid on the gospel and loves the Lord. It's not a legalistic church by any means but it's not confessionally reformed. Might be an option though. I could get you guys in touch if you like.

I once was under a PCA pastor who preached that if you have a weight problem and you say that God can’t fix this, then you do not have faith. When I asked him to clarify, he doubled down. We ended up leaving the church. Lots of dear saints still attend there.

There are a lot of Protestant Popes in Eldership today that’s a big problem. Many have swapped Roman Catholic Popery for Protestant Popery

I am in this where I feel my bishop has crossed this line. Yes I agree I have sinned against Jesus but my bishop has abused her and branded her a prostitute not once but 3 times straight to me and Infront of the congregation. In my heart I had to remove myself from under his spiritual authority

Do you have any video about Zacheaus and whether he was saved DUE to him making restitution...or any videos about whether restitution is REQUIRED as a means of salvation ? I see some preach this doctrine and ADMITTEDLY I'm a sinner , lied ,stolen ,cheated and been dishonest in my life and never feel like I'm progressing because I get obsessed with the idea that God won't accept me ubkess/ until I make restitution for my wrongs and it just never seems to end. I do have religious ocd as well

Hey man, I hear you loud and clear in this. Well, you've agreed with God and told him your sin, which is confession, Know that Jesus died for all your sins and each and every one of them, trust Him. If you do that, God accepts you, and you can not fall out of His hands or his changing of you. Restitution is not salvation, but it is a fruit of it, meaning you don't do it to be saved, unsaved people don't care as much, the fact that you are feeling convicted to make restitution is a very good sign that God has saved you. Tldr, you are saved by faith, and you do good works because you are saved not to be saved, I'd read ephesians 2:1-10

You should not call YOUR self " Sinners" you are saints!!! You speak lies because you do not agree with Gods vie of you! He died rose up and infused Him self in with Your new spirit So that You would NOT be Dead- spiritually a sinner is according to paul is a person who is stil in the State/ condition of Adam, dead to God but alive to the world! If you are Alive- reckon think of your self as " dead to sin" alive to God!!!! Please do not tremple on the truth just so you could confirm many of your own creeds which the fathers of the church made...... your confessions, your creeds, non or what you hold dear makes you who Jesus Made you to be..... Jesus is not a creed a Person Living individual.... spirit... If you believe that you are stil Sinners then the law of sin and death is IN you.... and you are dead... but if you have been freed taken out of from Death - adam And placed into Jesus His spirit which is in you and your life is in Jesus and when Jesus comes back Our life then we will come back with HiM!! Glory that Adam LOST is the breath of life- spirit Holly spirit- God Restores this Glory through your trust in the Gospel, and now you are restored the same Glory that the Son Jesus has.... He brings You every child into the Glory There is no more sin According to leviticus 23:11-17 After Jesus has obtained " grace" the Father can Enjoy The Sinful bread made with Yeast ! Now God can Partake and infuse with a sinful humanity because There remains no more sin that could be held against you..... Besides denying to believe in the Gospel hence you remain a forgiven Dead person!!
