The one-of-a-kind Great Lakes freighter and her odd connections to the EDMUND FITZGERALS

The is a detailed history of perhaps the most unique one-of-a-kind Great Lakes freighter and her odd connections to the ill-fated EDMUND FITZGERALD. This little steamship was designed and constructed to serve a single purpose on Lake Erie alone. Yet when that purpose was no longer needed, the vessel was modified and live on for another three decades. Although this same steamer was removed from service before the EDMUND FITZGERALD was launched, she share a few interesting ties to the most famous shipwreck on the Great Lakes. This video will put that all together.
There are very few photos of this little lakeboat in service, so it was a real chore to put the video together.
