Thank you for opening up about this, takes a brave man to spill his heart out, well done 👍🏼 I can relate so much with how you feel and what you’ve dealt with, I suffer with severe depression and social anxiety which apart from work, leaves me housebound most of the time, I don’t like crowds, although I do go to a few concerts but always seated. I’ve lost motivation in my life to enjoy things as I feel I don’t deserve it. Also have health issues linked to depression, I have ticks occasionally and can’t bear to have anything around my neck. OCD is quite rife as well. I keep myself to myself, have trouble trusting people, avoiding conversations face to face, unless I know the person very well. Music has saved my life. My wife is convinced I’m on the autistic spectrum as well. There’s a lot more symptoms & feelings as well, but I’m tired now and need to go to sleep. Thank you once again for helping to make people understand. Take care

I can relate so much with this, I have been diagnosed with miner Autism from an early age and it has massively effected my life mostly for worst, One major thing of it is, I’m alright in crowd situations and social events but I can’t stand serious matters and that’s what scares me the most is going into a serious situation just in case I get the blame, even though I haven’t done anything there is still a feeling that the accusation will be placed apon me, Among other things of that nature. The thing that you said about Depression and autism going up and down, That is a major standout thing for me at the moment (Mainly caused by an abusive ex girlfriend but I won’t go into that) and I can go from being high and loving life and loud and confident to suddenly being quiet, nervous as hell, and genuinely quite closed off just out of nowhere, And that is something that people around me have come to notice even though they haven’t said anything to my face. Anyway I just want to say Thank You Jon for making this video because it proves to me that I am not alone in this internal battle with autism, Hopefully as I get older it will get easier by only time will tell. Thank you once again Jon and keep rocking \m/

Interesting to hear your thoughts and experiences mate, thanks for sharing them. Teachers bullying is just disgusting behaviour, that is just a complete abuse of power. Consider me better educated about autism after watching this. I know you don't like crowds but I'd love to go to a gig with you and hang out one day. btw, that picture looks way better than the ACDC banner!

When I was growing up I got told by teachers that I couldn't play drums, I proved them wrong, no matter how sidetracked you get in your videos I still watch them all the way through, so keep doing what you're doing. With my disability I have a heightened sense of hearing it's very weird and hard to explain. But anyways you are awesome and keep rocking!
