janab aadabarz my grandson doesnot speak pronounce any word but chillata hai kuchh bhi.jab usko picture of animal or bird dikhate hai to khud ki uñgli rakhne ke bajay jo vyakti pass me hai uski ungali pakad ke rakhwayega aur chahega ki vahi vyakti bole.kya kare. dusari baat ki vo puzzle bahut tej lagata hai. tisri baat hai ki ek khilone se jyada der nhi khelta. alphabets wooden ko serial se lagata hai. kya kare ki vo bolna suru kare.

Get him evaluated by some expert on child development; for ruling out autism, apparently it is acquired behaviours similar to autism. Difficult to comment accurately since I don’t know all details of the child. Anyhow I recommend to stop all screens TV, mobile etc play/ interact with him to help him in understanding simple verbal instructions…manage his reactions tactfully by ignoring and distracting. This will develop his pre learning skills…you may see videos on pre learning skills in the playlist. I trust this helps. In shaa Allah.

Sir my son is 5 year and he doesn't have any issue with chewing, ya eating related ,but he doesn't have speech ,but last 1-2 week he try to repeat the word ,which we r using but main problem is that his words are not clear.he speaks all alphabet but when he use these alphabet like l,r,n he is not able to say like when we say pani then he repeat pami . Manoj Gupta What are his diagnosis/ reasons for this delay? How is his receptive language/ understanding? Something about his behaviours, play skills, social skills, attention, hyperactivity.... this information will help to comment/ suggest accurately. In shaa Allah.

@@steptolearn-dedicatedtopar6775 He is diagnosed with ADHD and is in Mild to moderate ASD spectrum..His understanding level is ok as he can understand the basic commands and follow them but sometime he reacts that he doesn't know anything..He likes to play with elder kids but doesn't play with own age kids..He is happy when we go for group gathering..But ge has no focus so can't concentrate on study and learning.He is less verbal and wording also not clear..

Assalamu alaikum,main aapka shukr guzar hun ki aapne bohot acchi information share ki .. meri 23 months beti hain jo abhi tak baat nahi kar pati, jab wo 18 months ki thi tabhi hum ne doctor se consultant ki aur tabhi pata chala ki mere beti ka blood ammonia level 79 tha isliye doctor ne gluten aur casein free diet suggest kiya, ab meri beti jo bhi use chahiye wo ungli se point kar ya kuch humne pucha usko bhi point karti jaise door, clock, TV, fan , ball aur body parts etc... aur last month doctor visit me doctor boli ki abhi hum meri beti ko tag nahi karte ki wo autistic hain ..Mera doubt ye he ki abhi tak baat na karna kya ye autism ke symptoms ho sakte hain kya?

Speech delay is not the only reason of autism. See for repetitiveness, processing simple instructions, hyperactivity, behavioural issues, socialization etc. In any case the child has edge in regard to her age, so working on pre learning skills in play therapy will help. In shaa Allah.

Yes it is due to attention deficiency and their specific interests. They mostly respond to the verbal instructions of their interests and non responsive to other instructions. A child on spectrum having sensory issues/ imbalance may listen less or more then routine listening.
