It's heart-breaking to watch Adam crying because he could not go out. My 23 year old autistic son loves to go for drives in the country and then dinner at his favourite restaurant almost 6 days a week. He, too, cannot understand this partial lock down in the UK where restaurants are closed. We feel sad when we watch him looking so disappointed and upset whenever we indicate to him that he's not going out. But, it's got to be done ...stay home, protect the nhs and save lives. 💓

Everytimes I watched Adam it always reminds me of my late Sister. She's autisim n blind too. Eventhough she passed away in 2016 but her memories still fresh in my mind n heart. I'm thankful to Allah for choosing us as her family for almost 27 yrs. Having her is a blessing. Al-Fatehah for her & my late dad. May Allah gives U the strenght in raising Adam. His a sweet boy.

It's hard to see him hurting and sad. I'm hurting for him. It breaks my heart to see him sad. Sometimes you have to make an exception to the rules. He doesn't understand. Here in America we are locked down as well. As long as we stay away from people we are allowed to go out for a walk, go to the doctors, or to get food for pick up or the grocery store, and walk your dog. If you have a back yard especially if you have small children you can go in the yard.
