For Clara's confusion with her being an introvert or extrovert I think this interpretation made the most sense to me. Both kinds of people can enjoy or desire social interaction with people, that's only part of it. Introverts spend their social battery and recharge between interactions by themselves, where as extroverts get fueled by the people around them and burn through that reserve between interactions.

I think the score is mostly from misunderstanding/overthinking like half of the questions. My favorite is when the question was "do you keep lists of useless facts" and Airi immediately went "oh yeah, I have Zelda controls on a piece of paper! clicks true". Not that I care what the actual score should be. Autism or not, I wouldn't want Airi to be any other way

Man, what a fun stream. I do recommend Airi to redo the test without Clara influence as she made you over think a lot of questions. Also, don't forget it's an online test, it will never replace a real diagnosis. I did get tested for various issues and this one came out negative, yet the website said I had slight possibility. So, take it with a pinch of salt as those questions are dubious by nature.

Yeah. I feel like Airi might have interpret at least some questions too loosely. At least I felt like "I have to follow a familiar route or I can get very confused and upset" implies quite powerful reaction.. not just that you use the same route because it's convenient or you know it well.

Though we don't know how much of that is an exaggeration of course. Stuff like that is why you follow up with an actual doctor if you are worried about it.

I didn't get to see all of the stream and I don't have time to catch up, but I did see some important bits, so I'll put my two cents here: TL;DR: 1. Online tests should be taken as suggestions and not guaranteed, though they can be useful in pointing you toward the right way to handle something you might not be aware you had. 2. Don't do the official test if you don't need or want official results, there's nothing you'll really gain from it at the point you're in in life, and if you're certain you do have it, there's nothing stopping you from learning to account for it without an official diagnosis. The long version: For a long time, my family and some of my friends would idly wonder if I was autistic 'cause I'm a bit of a wierdo at the best of times, and I had a lot of behavior that fit the bill, like general social avoidance or figiting to deal with stress, among other things. Tests like the one you took would generally have me pegged as mildly autistic or borderline, though I avoided an outright diagnosis in school. The online test that changed my life was one that showed in no uncertain terms I have severe anxiety. Though that wasn't official either, it did point me the right way and I started taking St. John's wort to deal with it, which helped me in a big way (not medical advice etc. etc.). Nowadays, I test as "probably not," but more importantly, knowing what I was dealing with helped me begin to course-correct my life and also got rid of a lot of that borderline behavior that was showing up on tests since I wasn't so anxious and stressed out all the time. As for you, I'll be honest: you do do some things that would maybe indicate a mild case no matter what, but I think that your anxiousness is the bigger weight on your life than any autism you may or may not have. I'll be further honest and say that I doggedly avoided getting retested for it (and getting an official diagnosis for anxiety) because I knew I would be treated differently for either of those things, and I didn't want that. Even when people mean well, they treat autists differently in ways I often find patronizing. Not to say that some autistic people don't necessitate different treatment, but I think that when you can manage to hold a job and a conversation, you should get to be treated like a proper human being like everyone else. An official diagnosis will carry that weight with it, at least a little, no matter what, but that's up to you if it bothers you or not. It bothers me, so I never went for it. You might want to look into things in your spare time either way though, since knowing the shape of what you're dealing with when it comes to figuring out how your brain works is really important to actually compensating for or even overcoming whatever hiccups and problems it tries to throw at you. As an illustration of how much knowing what I was dealing with helped me, typing out something like this in a public space would've been absolutely unthinkable just a year or so ago.

3:06:55 bro doesn't understand that psychology is more of a discipline than a hard science, to put it blantly, the society you live is more likely to think you are autistic if you don't live to the standard of ''normal''. Ie, Americans love, love, love their eye-contact even with strangers, yet in the Meditereneans, Middle-East and parts of Asian, the superstition of the Evil Eye is there because of the social expectation to not look strangers in the eye, whenever with envy or joy. I think it makes a lot of sense for both Airi and Clara to appear more autistic than they might be, simply because they come from foreign cultures. And no, I don't say that it's entirely cultural, it's just an added factor that adds to it.

Woo, so much Airi in one day! But I think you're right about the test confusing social anxiety for something else, so I wouldn't give it too much weight. These things probably exist just to be fashionable anyway. Imagine the results if you gave it to a class in high school. So you might feel normal in some ways and not in others, but there's nothing necessarily wrong with that. Just gotta make peace with it and make the best of it. We're also rooting for you to overcome your social anxiety and hope you find happiness, but we like you and enjoy your content all the same. Hope you get some well-needed rest!

Wait, I thought you knew you were on the spectrum, you've been showing signs since debut and I just assumed you knew. Teasing aside, this isn't an actual diagnosis and you shouldn't take it as one, if it's wrong, you're still Airi, if it's correct, then at least you get a new viewpoint to understand and think about how you move in life. Now, if being diagnosed is something that crushes your ego then you might need to reconsider how you view people with autism, because it's not a big deal. Thanks for the streams airi and don't panic about the test it doesn't mean that your a freak, think about it like it means your unique airi, the more you want though the test airi the more I realized we sheer a lot of traits and things that we do in certain situations just like it was some kind of sign😅 or maybe it's just a coincidence and/or I'm just overthinking stuff again tldr airi don't make the fact that you score higher than everyone one in phase change who you are airi you are still the same person we fall in love with it doesn't change a thing also some test don't account for everything airi so take it with a pinch of salt airi and don't let it change how you see yourself keep being who you are airi ❤🤎
