I can't speak for the reduced fat lactose free milk, but the regular lactose free milk by Lactaid is good. My youngest nephew is lactose intolerant, and we used to keep it in the house when he stayed over with us. It doesn't really taste any different than regular milk.

Our Ingles is cheaper than Publix for sure. Aldi is the only place I’ve found consistently more affordable, there’s just not one convenient to stop by. Where do you shop?

Hannah I have been Lactose Intolerant ALL MY LIFE. Suggestion for you on Milk is Almond Milk, I get original with extra calcium, but they have different flavors. Watching you guys picking up items, I have this thing where I never get the 1st item on the shelf. People have touched/handled/dropped/mashed/bent when they pick up the items and if they change their minds they just shove it back in. I usually pull out the 1st 2 items and get one at the back.. I really like watching other people do Chores bc I may actually find a shortcuts for myself.. Have a wonderful evening Ladies!!

Hannah, I now drink 2% lactose free milk well actually I use in all my SUGAR cereals. Girl you are like me in the cereal aisle. Lol. Regular milk didn’t use to bother me but as I’ve gotten older. strange how cheese doesn’t bother me but don’t dare give me a milkshake with regular milk. Hope it works for you❤️

To Hannah: Try Daiya Mac and Cheese. It's plant based- no dairy, no gluten- and I think it tastes amazing!!

My son can’t do dairy or soy, and we love Daiya Mac and cheese. But, if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, you can make a great dairy free “cheese” sauce using potato’s, carrots, onions, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic, turmeric, and mustard.
