@@Usefullinformationphilippines you gotta hit the metal to relax it. Tension makes it easier to move it. People think it's more dangerous then it seems. Just gotta pay attention to the metal and work it little by little.

You would still be liable for the payment, (assuming you have a loan - why else would you be paying $450/mo), so you'd either have to sell the repaired vehicle or keep it. You would take a loss on the sale, so why not keep it? And that looks like a body panel to me, not the frame.
