people complain about street racing, we get a track and they close it. the srtip in pomona is used twice a year.

I was the fuel supplier for the track back when it first opened, the track when it was started was just after thought an they didn't care about it. It was all about the dollars they could make.... sure miss it. Someone needs to get a kickstarter going to buy it....

NMCA left California because of CAR COUNT in California is low. Y'all leave your shit in the Garage and too lazy to get up and support these venue's and the last 2 years Fontana operated there was plenty of room to find a Pit spot. We racers help them make the choice to sell part of the property.

Agreed to a certain extent, there was always some dedicated racers there, but we do lack overall car count. The test and tunes were always packed but then again only a handful of hot cars. I think promotion is a big thing too. They ran 3 events at the banning airport this year during covid and had great turnouts till the faa shit it down.

Pomona will be next. The Pomona track is just too short for NHRA Nitro Show and that is all they care about and they have priced the average fan out,
