Zip. I want to buy a C7 Z06 to replace my base C7 I sold last year. What Z06 options do you think will help its investment value? Manual, Z07, 3LZ?

definitely a manual will hold its value. The 2017-2019 are the best for any regular track use. Z07 & 3LZ will certainly bring a premium, since they will cost more to get into now but will also bring more when you go to sell. The same can be said about the higher stage aero, exposed carbon fiber and carbon interiors and Comp seats. Now color combinations and wheels are subjective. For example I had a friend recently find a 2017 Sterling Blue Convertible Z06 at a local used car dealership. He went directly home and returned with his C7 coupe and traded it in and didn't even bother to negotiate, he wanted that color in the worst way.
