His given wrong dimensions. He mentioned 3/4" pipe and he is using 1/2" pipe ..... Pls use 1/2" because, 3/4" pipe not penitrate through 1" pipe.... Totally all are wrong dimensions.... I wasted my money.....

I think you should just take the concept and understand the logic of its working rather than blindly copying any project you see online, and complaining like a kid. Its a really good and easy to make concept and we should really appreciate him for showing it to the world .

Bhai in this lockdown there only one shop opened in my area.... The shop keeper doesn't allow me to check each and every pipe... That is why I have note down the dimensions given in the video... and taken the material...

@@chandrakanthnakka You said that your problem is one pipe is not penetrating through other. For your information, it is not just the diameter of the pipe that matter, but Thickness level also. Different brands or models of pipes have different thickness. So just try to understand which pipe should go inside the other and ask the shop keeper to give a pipe that goes through it, Simple ! Blind DIY attempts is less likely to give result most of the time. So understand the project first and then try to make it.

it will make the project more complicated. the spring inside the sanitizer bottle itself has enough power to lift the pedal back. So no need to bother about it unless you use ultra heavy pipes.

No. Actually this project is lot better without springs. Cpvc fabrication is easy. Needs basic skills and some basic level of smartness taking measurements.. This one is lot better.

Let's start with the maker Aravind Eye Hospital (in Tamil Nadu, India). Like any large hospital they probably have a ready stock of ALL this material and also.the person who made it is probably a workman. Anyway the cost of materials will be less. Note the organised professional approach. Starts by listing the material required and then demonstrates the assembly in detail. Also I have seen an almost identical piece in another similar sized hospital in Tamil.Nadu. In that hospita, they actually made about six within 1 day after the lockdown and didn't have to wait for it to be available at the inflated price. It is placed near the visitors' lifts. The cost may be significantly lower and I think that this may be useful. I for one appreciate the hospitals effort in publicising it.

Cpvc pipe is approx 10-20 rupees per foot for small diameter pipes. Depends on brands. Use the cpvc yellow cement tube only. Elbow joints and T joints will cost bit more. But you can check for wholesale prices or supplies.
