Auto immune Polyglandular Syndrome (HBT - Endocrine)

Celiac disease, addison disease, Gad 65/intrinsic factor ,pernicious anemia, hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroid disorder in which type ? As in my case, does finding the autlimmune disease that activates the cascade can be the solution? In my case was a non responsive celiac disease/refractory type 1. Is also Tnf alpha associated with it ? Thanks Doc
